ALEX JONES’ EX WIFECALLS ON FBI TO INVESTIGATE LAWYER, THERAPIST AND CASE FACTS OF TRAVIS MURDER-SUICIDE TRAGEDY
Attorney Jake Gilbreath and Therapist Susan McMillian were also both involved in the Alex Jones Custody Case
Austin, TX Kelly Jones, Alex Jones’ Ex Wife, is reaching out to the FBI, asking them to investigate the tragedy of nine year old Lielle Kaplan’s death, an apparent murder, and her father, Yariv Kaplan’s, apparent suicide. Particularly, Kelly is asking the FBI to investigate Austin attorney, Jake Gilbreath and therapist Susan McMillian’s actions in this case and others.
“Both Jake Gilbreath and Susan McMillian (and her office mate) were involved in my custody case,” says Kelly Jones.
“Jake Gilbreath’s bad actions in my case include failing to disclose he was working with opposing counsel, entering a Decree without my knowledge or agreement and denying me knowledge to be able to appeal that decree, allegedly bragging to other attorneys that he wasn’t ready for my trial and refusing to relinquish my legal file without a subpoena.”
I am aware of several people in Austin have come forward with serious concerns about Jake Gilbreath, whose actions which reflect a loyalty to self and wallet and a dismissal of the real human collateral affected by his actions. These parents ready and available to share case information with the FBI. I caution anyone against retaining Jake Gilbreath.”
“This is an unspeakable, unfathomable tragedy, and my heart goes out to the victim’s family. My heart breaks for this mother. This family’s destruction started the moment they entered Travis County Court, where corruption runs rampant, and despite repeated outcries of the public, little investigation ensues.”
“I fully believe that if the authorities had already investigated Jake Gilbreath and Susan Mcmillian, as I know parents have come forward to ask them to do repeatedly, this tragedy might well have been avoided.”
Kelly Jones is Alex Jones’ ex-wife who filed for divorce after years of abuse and was subjected to incredible injustice and bias in Travis County Court. Having been targeted by repeated vexatious and abusive filings by her ex-husband, Alex Jones which the Court and highly-paid experts encouraged, Kelly spent years having less time with her kids than drug dealers and prostitutes.
In April of 2017, a Jury decided for Kelly to be Primary Parent to the Jones’ three children. Despite the verdict, it took seven months for Final Orders to be entered. The Final Orders defy the verdict, a decision for Kelly based on the fact the severe emotional abuse occurred in the case. Kelly is appealing her Unconstitutional Final Orders, pushed by her ex-husband to block her Free Speech, which leave her son primarily in Alex Jones’ care and which fail to protect all the children. She is on a 50-50 possession with Alex Jones, who has primary decision on vaccines, despite his evident and concerning paranoia.
The Jones case cost at least six million dollars between both parties. More money passes through family court than all courts combined. Kelly Jones has founded Custody Hero to support family law litigants and to draw attention to the failings of family court. Custody Hero will launch Winter 2017
