Judicial Complaint

Under Texas Government Code Chapter 33, the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct has broad authority to conduct investigations into alleged misconduct of Texas Judges.

For example, they may issue subpoenas and order sanctions.

They even have the power to remove a Texas Judge from the bench.

Yet, they rarely do so, despite complaints of significant judicial misconduct across the state of Texas.

For my part, I have filed a thoughtful complaint with the Commission regarding some of the more egregious conduct of Judge Orlinda Naranjo.

I strongly believe that it is time for the Commission to stand up an aggressively investigate the complaints of myself and others who have been affected by judicial misconduct in Travis County, Texas.
